I wanted to know which sunblock or sunscreen or any other time of lotion works best for lessening tanning in the sun....also, what spf is good to use?

Find the highest SPF lotion you can, try it out to make sure that your skin doesn't react badly to it, and if all is well, wear it every single day on every exposed part of your body.

The higher the SPF, the less darkening it does to the skin

It is very popular in Japan to be very very pale. Ladies use a whitening lotion to make their skin as white as porcelain.
