Well...lean weight can in the long run. All that protein people eat gets put on, and converted to muscle eventually.

Nope it bulks you up, guess you can kinda look at it that it gives you the energy to burn when lifting weights.

not really. it doesnt matter if your fat, skinny..etc. its if you do excersises. If you want muscle you have to do excersises. For example: pushups at least 20-30 a day.
