That's close to what I have but I do put it under the grill minus the ham, onion and mayo plus mushrooms and a little olive oil and herbs on the bread. Delish.

never tried half of those ingredients, whats a ham tomato and chilli mayo sounds disgusting, but hey whatever floats your boat.
