I'd avoid MFI like the plague. Although they are slightly better than they used to be, they have the one of the worst reputations in the industry for quality - both product and fitting. You'd be much better off buying in the Magnet sale or going to Ikea.

My friend had a MFI kitchen fitted by them while she was away on holiday thinking by time she got back she would have a lovely kitchen, big mistake! the hacked up the wrong bits and made a balls up of it. I would go with someone else. The kitchen cost them half as much again as MFI refused to pay for the damage done by the fitters, a lot of hassle.

Definitely avoid MFI, have heard good things about B&Q kitchens although not so the fitters, try J. E. Whyte, Weybridge, Surrey, in the phone book, for fitting, quality work and very reasonable.

I would not recommend them at all. I was once told MFI stood for

Mother Fu**ing Idiots

Go to B&Q, they are better because they employ building companies who they audit to fit their kitchens.

Don't ever ever ever get MFI to fit it for you!

Buy it from them and employ someone else to fit it for you.

It will work out a lot cheaper.
