It is flavored gourmet ground coffee?

Without having more information, and my crystal ball in the psychic shop...
A. The same way you would make your regular ground coffee.
B. Add cinnimon grounds and vanilla extract to the grounds in the filter before brewing.
C. After the coffee is made, add your syrup.

make it the same way you make regular coffee,try it first and make adjustment to the amount of coffee you need to get the taste you want whether it be stronger or weaker.practice makes perfect

If you're a UK dweller Whittards are a good shop for coffees, they have billions. trillions even!
And getting a nice good coffee machine is a good start, but ask at Whittards they're always willing to help.
