At the auto supply place, in the battery section they have books. You look up your car and it tells you everything you need. They are usually haning on chains from the racks,

its just a standard car battery. Look under your hood or go and use one of those machines that are in stores like walmart that have you put in the cars maker (dodge), name (neon), and the cars year (choices are offered just make sure its within the time period offered) IE (95-06) something like that.
You are overthinking the problem, you dont have to worry about voltage and stuff at this point in the world.

You need a group 58 battery. Found in almost any parts store. The CCA (cold Cranking Amps) vary and so will the price. Unless you have an outrageous stereo or accessories you don't need the most expensive highest CCA battery they will try and sell you. Most parts store will even install them for free If you call a parts store and tell them what kind of car you have, they can look it up for you.
