What's the best inexpensive digital camera?

I'm looking for a digital camera thats inexpensive maybe up to $160 that takes sharp, clear images. Whats the best kind and brand?

This Polaroid PDC 5070 might be good because it's 5 megapixel and less than a hundred bucks. I haven't used it personally, but it looks good from the description.
