If you're pregnant, no is not the time to try to lose weight, at least not by dieting. You need to see your doc about a safe exercise program and perhaps a diet that will be good for your baby. Don't take any kind of diet or health advice from anyone but your OB doc.

Are you really a mom? No offense, but you really stink at spelling. Well...try not to lose wait...you will need it when you are pregnant. Remember, you are feeding another life with your body...you will lose all the weight after the baby is born

being pregnant is hard because if you loose weight your dr might get worried, on the other hand you might not gain too much because the baby will help you with that. good luck and talk to your doctor about it

Yoga for expectant mothers, and take a walk every evening after dinner. I hear both also help with the birthing process, so you are killing two birds with one stone.
