Honolulu (HNL) airport is closed in general because of power outages. No damage there, and I think the air traffic control tower is on emergency generator. Planes in the air right now should be able to land, but jetways (those accordion-looking covered walkway thingees) cannot connect to the plane. Folks may have to wait for them to borrow the old-fashioned, rolling stairs from the commuter terminal and walk down to the tarmac. Oahu's had heavy rains this morning (which may be the actual cause power outages on that particular island), so it won't be particularly pleasant. If today's flight hasn't taken off yet, I'd expect it to be cancelled. Check with your airline.
Kahului airport on Maui (OGG) has sustained some damage and has power out. There have been plenty of aftershocks in Kona and a few on or near the East Maui Volcano (Haleakala, dormant). I'm guessing Kona (KOA) airport won't be taking any incoming flights anytime soon.
I expect mainland flights into OGG and KOA airports will be diverted to HNL, but that's just a guess. It's what I'd do if I were in the tower as I understand the current conditions.
Update: All neighbor island airports are open both ways. Lots of cancellations happening at HNL, though.

it's said on cnn that the aftershock could last for weeks, but the power is back 100%. airports have enough electricity to back them up for 2 days in case of power outages, but there might be a lot of frequency problems preventing inbound/outbound flights. just in case, be prepared for bad news as we could never predict natural disasters.
