Nothing will change unless you talk to your mom about how you feel. If you can't for some reason, print out what you just wrote and give it to her or leave it in a spot only she will find it.

The other answers are good ones. Your Mom is probably trying to make the steps feel comfortable and at home. Maybe in the process she has over compensated and doesn't realize she hasn't been spending as much time with you. Like the others have said, just get her alone and tell her how you feel. If you've always had a good relationship with her she will listen to you and adjust accordingly. Your mom loves you, she just has to spread it around a little more now. It will work out for you....after all she's your MOM'S.

When you Mom is alone, tell her you miss the relationship you shared before the brothers arrived. Tell her you feel like you are being pushed aside. Sometimes the obvious needs to be shown. Mom probably thinks she is paying you plenty of attention.

most likely you are going to have to get use to this. You have gone from an only child to having a whole family. You should talk with your mom but keep in mind that your mom have to deal with 2 new additions to the family and it is going to be impossible to give you her undivided attention that she use to. You can always try to get some friends that are your age.

Talk to her how you feel, If your mom is a smart woman, she will correct the situation right away

Share your feelings with your mom, after all you are her son. Tell her about your feelings of lonliness, how life is meaningless to you. However hard it is, please approach her or you will continue to feel this way.
