I always thought it was "club tropicana drinks are free" meaning you have to pay for the rest of them, probably the club tropicana free drinks have little or no alcohol in them and are made by emptying the drip trays off the bar into the out of date britvic mixers.

Yes and No.

Club Tropicana is a figment of George Michael's incredible imagination! A bit like Fight Club. In his mind the Drinks are indeed free.

However, as you can't get into his imagination, you can't get into Club Tropicana and therefore there are no free drinks for you.

The other day I tried walking out of Tesco's with a carton of Tropicana that I hadn't paid for. I waved my Clubcard, and said "Club... Tropicana... drinks are free."

The security staff disagreed with my interpretation of the facts, and I'm not allowed back to that store.

Sadly I think the prices have risen with inflation but it's always worth chatting somebody up to get a free drink!

Fun and sunshine theres enough for every one ( Thats enough people to buy drinks since infation )

doubt it, in line with risk they became doing a beverages merchandising like theirs a pub close to me that on tuesdays and thursdays u pay £10 and its all u can drink from 8pm till 11pm(unfortuantly I certainly have artwork the following day so im caught at residing house grrrr) in line with risk somebody merely have been given the incorrect concept whilst they observed human beings getting beverages without paying whilst certainly a matching merchandising became occurring?

No they charge now, but if you want some drugs and then drive (halfway) home, thats free.

the one in Glasgow is £1.50 a drink on a friday, i think its a gay club, not sure....
