Don't worry, i know it will be easier said than done but personally i think your girlfriend will be pretty pleased she's not getting seconds. It's not going to be the same every time. You really do have to be in nice comfortable surroundings with nice lighting. You both have to be totally at ease with each other and then it should just happen. There is no rule book to say what it should be like or how to start off and how long it should take because that is just rubbish.

All that matters is that you enjoy each others company and you both enjoy spending the night together and it will go fine. And a man lasting all night is rubbish. I love my husband very much but i don't want to go to bed and be awake for hours, that only happens in hollywood movies. Giving each other a massage with baby oil is a great way to relax each other and the rest just happens naturally.

It's not all just about sex. It's the way a man puts his hands on a woman that gets us going, especially the shoulders and neck, a woman can't just switch it on like a man can. You gotta learn to have really gentle hands and don't just go straight for the obvious zone. The majority of women hate that.

Good Luck!!!!

Just simple go with the flow, I know it sounds so hard to do so. But realy it isnt, its like as soon as somthing happends, you Automaticaly know what to do next, even if before you had no clue, it will soon seem to all come to gether. If its the other persons first time as well, you hav nothing to worry about, he or she wont know if its right or wrong, and if the other person has done It before, then they know what to do, but its bad to tell people "oh yeah Iv done that with many people before, Im a natural" but yet you never have, the best way to do it is to ask her, and tell her your new. So you dont have to ask peolple on here. For all you know half the people asswering your quesion hasnt even slep with somone, and wants to know the same thing your wondering. So... So therefor get your asss off the computer and go talk to your friend and let them know everything, they will understand. Hope I helped, Good luck with your situation. ByeBye

Be gentle (at first), let the woman guide you, give her an orgasm first so she won't mind if you come quickly (which could happen your first time). Make sure the environment/setting is the right one. Don't just jump into it -- first get your girl in the mood by complimenting her, really listening to her. Tease her a little bit - let your hand rest on her thigh for awhile while talking, before doing anything. Most of all - pay attention to what her body seems to like and not like - she may not tell you verbally. Have fun and be safe!

Do's - make sure that.....

...you don't stink
...the runways wet or not muddy, depending on which door your going in
...if you are gettin over excited think of your grannies breasts
...you wear a condom, unless theres no time to put it on or it keeps falling off

Don'ts
...try not to but the TV on straight after sex no matter how hard the temptation (i'm still struggling with that one)
...last less that 5 minutes
...think your a porn star.... you are not and you will last less than 5 seconds
...do it the first time with an animal.....unless she has red hair and is particularly fiesty

Thats enough now go for it!

LOL....well the first time you are going to *** in like a second guaranteed. So make sure you wear a condom that's the first do you want to take care of.

Second do is....get her turned on and wet with foreplay before you actually have sex. It's very important for friction purposes.

Don't do anything you see in porns your first few times. Guaranteed you will end up hurting yourself and her physically.

Just take it slow the first few times and get the rhythm and motion down and then move from there.

Good Luck kid........you're gonna love it!!! :)

I would say there are no real rights and wrongs for your first time, i don't know myself yet but i would just go with the flow, if she's enjoying herself then your doing it right. I wouldn't worry about it and just let it happen.
Hope it goes well, take care

Well, everyone is different. Their are websites (I like cosmopolitan.com) that can help with that. The key is to go slow and be patient. So many first timers just rush into it, but it's about foreplay...kissing, licking...ect. I'm sure you'll do fine if you really have feelings for this person and vise versa!

I would definately talk to the girl, every woman is different, ask her the things that she likes, or the things that she likes to have done to her. there aren't necessarily any set do's and don'ts, because everyone likes different things. Maybe just go with the flow of things, let her kind of lead you to do the things that she likes. remember to make her priority number 1. care about her getting off, not you, make sure that you finish her, before you finish yourself. hope that helps! have fun!! be safe!

Nick can't help you until you're ready to help yourself. Nick feels your pain. But Nick kind of forgets, considering he was 14 when he had this problem. But unless you want Nick to do the work for you, it would be best to read a book. Good Luck. Nick's gonna get a drink.
