My hair is long and a really dark brown (you can only see the brown when there's a lot of light on it) and I want to get some honey blonde highlights. What product is best for african american women??

if you have a color sample or a picture you want to show the stylist, they should be able to match it up very well. when i get mine done i just tell them i want this color and let them go, ive never had a problem. but if your looking for something specific, which it sounds like you are, just bring in the color you want or the closest color to it, pictures & magazines help.

For highlights I would spring for a beautician and i prefer caramel highlights very soft and natural looking if you have dark hair don't go to bold not as natural looking natural looking is in not abrasive looking you know what I mean?
