wash and season your spare ribs. place in a shallow pan and allow them to bake, covered with foil, at 350 for 2-3 hours/ remove foil covering and allow to brown slighty and dry out, then cover with your favorite bbq sauce and let bake a little while longer till the sauce appears to be getting a little dry...and oila!!! the best and most tender ribs on the planet!

when i make ribs, they always come out tender and juicy. I season them very well with garlic, salt, pepper, adobo, sazon ( Spanish condiments) and a little bit of water. I put them in the oven @ 325 F. for 1 hour cover pot with aluminum foil. then i raise up the temperature to 375 F. for another 1/2 hour still cover and the last 1\2 hour i remove the foil and if you would like to add any BBQ sauce now is the time, continue cooking at same temp. Enjoy

Rub ribs with salt and pepper.
Wrap in foil, place in pan - in heated oven, 350F.
Bake 1 hour.
Remove foil, drain off whatever fat.Raise oven temperature to 400F.
Brush ribs with bbq sauce, roast another 30 minutes - turn them once.

I brown mine on each side in skillet, with a little oil/grease. Place in 13x9 cake pan, that has been sprayed with pan coat, dice or slice generous amount of onion, spread on top with salt & pepper to taste. Put a small amount of water 1/2 to3/4 cup over, seal with foil over top. Bake 350 for about 1 hour, take foil off, drain most of liquid, add bar-b-q sauce, put back in oven bake 350 about another 1/2 hour. If after baking the first hour, & not tender, cover & bake longer.

I put my ribs in baking dish with 1 1/2 cups water and cover with foil and cook for about four hours on 325*. The water in the baking dish steams the ribs, so they are really tender.Than I take them and put on the grill and just brown them.Baste with barbecue sauce. Also, before you put in oven, rub some garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, fresh ground pepper.Or you can buy a rub made especially for meat.

Put oven to 275. Wash and season them with whatever you want, (season salt, garlic.,meat rub)i cut an onion up and put on top. Place in baking dish and put a little bit of water in the bottom. Put aluminum foil on top and cook for 4-5 hours or when they are done.Sometimes i add bbq sauce the last 15-20 minutes or so. Sooo yummy!

I would boil them for about 30 minutes, then bake them at 350 for an hour. Half an hour before you take them out of the oven smear some bbq sauce on them.

I bake mine at 325 for 2-3 hours as long as they are submersed in some type of liquid like bbq sauce or sauerkraut juice. the vinegar in the sauerkraut helps to tenderize the ribs.

I bake mine at 325* and usually plan on at least 2-3 hours of baking time. Just start testing them after about 2 hours and go from there =)
