Sky News reported that the national carrier of England, British Airways, has suspended, pending dismissal, a flight attendant for wearing a crucifix.
As a demonstration of solidarity, should Christians refrain from flying British Airways until they offer apologies to the Son of the living God, Jesus Christ, His Church and the flight attendant.
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. (Mat. 10:33)

Well, if this is true, and if there wasn't any other reason (like I don't know, say for example a security issue, because a crucifix is metal, and metal may be somehow dangerous...). So, if the reason is exclusively religious intolerance, then it's okay to boycott. I know that in certain sports, players are not allowed to wear crucifixes, watches or rings in the field, because it's dangerous for their own physical integrity. A football (soccer) goalkeeper broke his finger for wearing a wedding ring. He was going to catch a ball, and the ring was caught in the net of the goal, and he fell, and so broke his finger. But that doesn't mean there was an intolerance for married men.

I don't think this is a religious issue, but a freedom of expression issue. Unless the jewelry was in the way of the person doing his or her job, I don't think they should have suspended that person. If they said that attendants could wear no jewelry, then it is ok for them to suspend the person for wearing a crucifix, though I think that would be a silly rule. If they singled out the crucifix, then there should be legal channels the person could go through to alleviate this issue. I don't think a boycott would be effective.
BTW, I'm an atheist.

What does wearing an ideological symbol of a Roman death instrument have to do with dedication to Christ? Where in the Bible does it say to create and wear graven images of Christ in order to demonstrate ones faith. Especially since Christ was hung on a branchless tree. They are not ordering her to not believe in Christ, but just to remove an item which can become a missile in the event of an accident.

I understand where you are coming from on this one.
But the answer is simple; no.
That one flight attendent was wearing a crucifix.
...Yes, he was apparently non-Christian,
It is also said:
Matthew 22:39 A second likewise is this,'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'
Boycotting the entire airlines because of one thing, is like saying I'm avoiding you because you aren't like me. It's almost as bad as racisim.
So again, No.

i could ought to declare specific. however the ingredient that must be the clarification at the back of in simple terms bothering with a pass is that the pass and crucifix are genuinely recognized via the final inhabitants, the place because of fact the different ones are no longer. yet another achieveable reason is that somebody might have complained with regard to the pass and not the different symbols on the grounds that one indignant them. the two way, that is ridiculous that folk do no longer undergo in ideas that they are in public, so as that they are going to ought to different than the reality that their faith and what no longer are no longer the only ones in existence. human beings shop on soliciting for equivalent therapy, then they twist it around to attempt to get specific therapy.

Yeah, I agree, it's kind of a silly move on BA's part.
But then again, there have been silly decisions made by the French to force Muslim girls not to wear the Hijab in schools...

Jesus teaches on the Mount of Olives:
"Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because of your allegiance to me."
We have become so politically correct that we don't won't to offend anyone. Who was she offending?
