an age old question i don't know about the best way to lose wieght but i do know a few trapps that people otfen fall into the do serious damage on there body.

don't do any ratical diets
a diet is suppose to be a lifestyle change meaning once you go on it you should stay on it for the rest of your life. so don't do some diet where it nothing but fruit, sure fruit is good for you but if you eat nothing but fruit you are lacking a WHOLE lot in other nutriens and protiens that you need to stay alive plus it really messes up your degestion prossess,
you also need to be able to stay on it for the rest of your life cause... ok lets say that you go on a diet and it works and you get to your goal wieght and your like "alright i can back to eating that way i like now" BAM diet and hard work ruined because it is CAUSE of that healthy eating that you got that way so you will to keep eating that way to stay that way.

another thing is do gradual changes
if you change too suddenly into a diet it can also mess you up
for instance i had a friend once that was BIG on eating meat, and one day suddenly he goes onto a diet where he eats nothing but salads. a few days later he want to the hospital cause that diet put his body into shock.

also avoid takeing pills cause once you get onto them lose the wiehgt and get off of them you could gain that weight and more back.

ps here something i found out about a few days ago there is this new drink comeing out from coca-cola that acually burns calories(not 0 caloires but (-) calories) i don't remember it's name but it is comeing out in january

Eat healthy and exercise. Don't starve yourself, your body needs certain nutrients. And your body also needs regular exercise to stay toned, in shape, and combat many diseases and illnesses that are prevalent with inactivity. You can research healthy habits and eating styles on the internet or ask your doctor/healthcare provider.

Eat carefully but don't deny yourself the occasional treat. Don't drink soda. Drink lots of water. Exercise (running/walking). Watch your carbs, but make sure you eat both carbs and protein. Don't eat fatty food. Don't eat greasy food. Exercise!

exercise, eat healthy food with small portions 6 times a day to get your metabolism going, drink lots of water and stay active everyday.

Jenny Craig baby....eat small meals and healthy snacks every 3 hrs or so

The normal way is by dieting and exercise but if you have a partner having sex is a really good way to burn of calories....

do something that doesnt make you think about food, like exercising and having lots of fun. when you do that, you wont think about eating but you can still have dinner or something

drink more water early in the morning.
regular walking.
avoid fatty foods.
