If me being 20 and married to someone that is 21 and we are out at the club am I able to drink alcohol with my spoouse?

each state is distinctive, i'm from Wisconsin and you're able to attempt this there. as long as your considerable distinctive buys you the drink and you have have been given a replica of your marriage certificates. I made a replica of mine, yet shrunk it each of how all the way down to the dimensions of a drivers license

Every state is different, I am from Wisconsin and you can do that there. As long as your spouse buys you the drink and you have a copy of your marriage certificate. I made a copy of mine, but shrunk it down to the size of a drivers license

No, you still have to be 21. If it is found out that your spouse is letting you drink, your spouse can be charged with contributing to a minor.

legally, yes, but you're also subject to venue policies, which will likely be that you can't drink there because you're under 21.

no, illegal is illegal, and the rules don't change just because you got married. YOU are still underage and that's the truth. Are you sure you are mature enough to be married?
