Even if he's not running a fever, he could have a stomach virus. I'd call the doctor, more because of dehydration than anything else.

If this has been going on for several days you need to take him to the doctor or the emergency room. Is he taking fluids; if he has been throwing up for three or four days and not taking fluids he will become dehydrated and that too is dangerous. You need to be safe not sorry and take him to the ER. And in response to SJ's MOSTWA Pedialyte is non nutritional. Itreplaces fluids and other chemicals lost during the dehydration caused by illness and or fever.

It shouldn't be getting on your nerves--it should be worrying you. Call his pediatrician. Children don't just throw up for no reason.

He has lost his appetite because most likely chewing and swallowing are irritating where he is teething.

Take him to a doctor...my kids never threw up at 13 months old. He could be sick from a stomach virus so it is best to take your child to a doctor.

dont feed him too much at once ... feed him little portions also .. you might wanna give him pedialyte to replace all the lost nutrients when he was throwing up. ...
