Trudeh here, again! (lol, just kidding, I know you're here to see me!) It really depends on what you have your soya milk with! I take mine with 12 grams of lard and some beef dripping, but find that a healthy carrot balances it all out! On that diet I've gotten in such good shape! I only weigh 15stone! (at 4'11" too!) i thought it was actually slimming- but of course, my only research is coming from the Silk commercials, and that information may be biased.
i think if you are comparing it to like low-fat milk or 1%, it would be more fattening.

Many brands of soy milk have a lot of added sugar, which contains lots of calories, which can contribute to weight gain. Consider looking for brands of soy milk that are also sugar free -- they are typically sweetened with Splenda.

some of it more than others, depends on the brand. but whatever kind you get, make sure it's unsweetened. i drink So Nice organic unsweetened.
