look for food with lower sodium and lower sugar lower fats and more protein...your also going to have to burn more calories than you take in which means exercising for an hour at least 3-4 times a week...

exercise burns fat, reduced calories (slightly) prevents the fat you burned off from exercise to be put back on. Most people think it's about not eating, but that's untrue. It's about burning it off, and keeping it off.

Atkins works good, for quick fat loss ... but it's difficult to maintain weight loss, unless you stick with it religiously. Long-term fat loss requires slow weightloss, from counting calories, and exercising, on a regular basis.

eat healthy and take a jog around the block everyday but don't be too hard on yourself. Thrust me i would know, once i weighed nearly 230 pounds and i'm 13

join a gym, have a low calorie diet, weight train and do about a half an hour of cardio everyday and stop eating junk food.

Try to eat lean meats, whole wheat bread, and lots of fruits and vegatables.
