Ham is the thigh of the pig, it is cured and it is smoked for flavor. Bacon is from the fat underbelly. It is salted and cured to last longer. It has a very high fat content, and that's what makes it so yummy. Pork is raw pig meat, I suppose it could be cooked pork too...it can be many different cuts, a chop, a roast, a loin, etc.. It is not cured unless it says it's cured. I love pork products...it took me a while to eat them again after I went through a "Babe the Pig" type of phase after seeing sucking piglets at the county fair.
