How come when you blow your nose or sneeze really hard, when one or both of your ears get stopped up, you feel a temporary dizziness reflex?

that would be because the cochlea, which has the fluids and microfibers which assist with balance, become shaken...it is similar to spinning in circles for long periods of time.

There is a tube called the eustachian tube that runs between you ear and the back of your throat. Its job is to make sure the pressures behind your eardrum is equal to the outside air pressure. When you sneeze or blow your nose really hard air is forced up the tube into your ear and makes it feel like its stopped up

maybe blood pressure and if you do an e.k.g. you can see the stree on you heart also.
