a few pounds wouldnt hurt! u could go to the gym every day and gain mussle pounds then it wount be fat pounds! but if u think u arent to skinny then ur perfect do whatever feels right!! goodluck♣

A year ago I was #98 and I am 47 yrs. old and 5'5 and I was happy at that weight and people said the same about me but it was a thyroid condition and I was getting too much of the medicine and now I weigh between #115-120 and I am struggling to keep the weight down and only wish I could be #98 and if you feel good as I did heck with what others say its your body and for one your probly growing and that takes alot of calories you will even out at when your 16 or 17 and then you'll probly have the oppositie problem. If you truely want to gain some weight I would suggest higher calories as compared to activity as thats the only way you can gain weight....EAT EAT EAT, I wish that was me!

it is because you are young. i recommend working out. you don't have to do it every day! but doing weights or muscle building exercise a a couple to a few times a week will help. also, eat protein which you can find in nuts and meat. don't eat too much, but make sure that you have a sufficient amount in your diet. eat often and eat healthy. also, you should see a doctor at some point for tips and to see if you are at an unhealthy weight. it's mean that people call you anorexic, when you do eat and can't put on weight even though you want to, but you will pull through. just look online for ways to gain weight and be healthy. good luck!

ok i am the same way so don't let those people say that about you. I am 14 and 89 lb. so i am right where you are i have a very high potabilisom so don't worry about those people they are just jealous. This will help make sure they know you eat and don't go to the bathroom afterwards bc that will just make them spread more rumors. Exercise every day and muscles will make you gain a lot of weight. Then you'll be fit and weigh more than you did.

im 15, 5'2 and i weigh 100 pounds. you are not anorexic. don't worry what people say, because more than half the time they are just jealous, really. you shouldn't need the feeling to put on weigh on purpose because other people say your anorexic. you probably hace a fast metabolism and thats not bad, so don't think it is. if you eat you r 5 serving of veggies and fruits and protein... you are healthy. people also think im really skinny also but i have some muscle

Absolutly not! as long as your eating healthy and being active thats great... Its better then if you were over weight (right?) most girls or women are not happy with their weight no matter what it is... be happy with yourself and dont mind what other ppl say! Im sure they are just looking out for you but maybe some ppl are also jelouse!
I am 22 and 5'4" and weigh 120 pounds... thats supposebly a good weight for my height and age... but I feel a little chubby... some ppl tell me Im skinny and some dont! whos to say! you still have growing to do anyway!
dont over eat just cause you think your to thin, it might catch up to u to fast... just eat health and what you want

I am 14, 5'5 and 98lbs and people say im anorexic.
Chances are though you are not anorexic, FIrst off as long as your bones are not sticking out and such you should be fine. Dont worry about it. Besides youd rather be called anorexic than fat right?

As long as you aren't doing anything stupid to lose weight or remain skinny, don't worry about being skinny. The advice given to exercise is okay, but don't start eating more just to bulk up. Let us know how you look at 23.

No your not to skinny.My sister is 12years old and is 5'5 and weighs 90 pounds.People will always talk.You know how many people will die to to be skinny.I think everyone should be happy with what they are.But if you feel uncomfortable about it than you can try going to the gym so you can build some muscles.Good luck.

no, thats not too skinny. You way more than me at that age and I was a 14 old male who was fit enough to play on the school soccer team. Pasta and hamburgers are good for putting on weight but at that age your body is gonna do what it wants to do.
