me and my lover had a fight now... he broke up with me.... he humiliated me ....i love him and i can't live with out him...but if i go back he would think am weak and humiliate me more....what can i do ?:(

by the way when i was done with the call.. i sent him 2 sms blaming him for his act and the way he treated me and that i didn't expect this from him at all but he didn't answer back and i know him very well he won't talk to me at all unless i make the first move ....I can't get over him:(

First off, u DON'T want to be with someone who would humiliate u on purpose!!! You can live without him even if u think u can't, trust me it's possible. U are not weak for wanting to be with someone, but u DO have to value yourself!!!!!!!!! Figure out what u want in a partner and don't compromise ur values! I'm not saying that relationships don't require compromise, but value ur self worth.

Wait it out to see if he apologizes and wants to work things out with you. Then, set clear boundaries to make sure he doesn't do humiliating things to you again. Don't go back to abuse, you are worth more than that. Stay busy with other things to help you move on unless he contacts you.

I think you just answered your own question....if you go back to him he WILL think you're weak and he'll probably get all egotistical and think that he can treat you whichever way he wants coz he knows that you'll keep running back to him....don't give him that satisfaction!....leave him alone, don't even let the thought of going back to him enter your head.....I mean, are you honestly willing to go through that whole humiliation again??...I don't think so, just move on....besides, if you return to him its like you're just going back for your own vomit (disgusting I know but quite true!)

Prove that you're better off without him. Exude confidence and independence to attractive. But you have to consider if he is right for you. Do you want someone who would actually humiliate you?

You can live without him. If he did that to you then he doesn't care about you as much as you do about him. If you do go back to him I he think that he can do the same thing again.

get the hell away from him. work, study, stay involved w/ sports, hobbies, friends, family etc.. anything to get him off your mind. if a person can humiliate you & still have you begging, they've already messed w/ your mind & if you stay w/ him it will only get worse---
