Easy! Steam it for about 5-10 minutes, covered.
And save your shells to make crab stock!

first you clean it. There's a funky triangle piece you have to lift under the crab that needs cleaning.
then you boil it. Best way it to get a big pot and through the crab in it. Make sure it's submerged.
crab cooks fast, when it turns a nice red in color, then you know it's done.
just breakout the nutcracker and enjoy!

Many steam it like lobster....you can also broil it, bake it, and many other ways. There are lots of sites available for recipes - just search crab and you will come up with a lot of ideas.
