You can indeed file two (or more) Schedule C's with your tax return - a seperate one for each business, just as you expected.

You will only file ONE Schedule SE, however. It computes the Social Security and Medicare (Self Employment tax) based on the combined total of all Schedules C and F. I have attached the IRS tax guide for Small Businesses. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
