Do a google search for local home brewing supply stores in your area. If they don't stock Koji, they might be able to point you in the direction of someone else locally who does.

There is a plan B, should your Koji search turn up fruitless, though it's still dependent on your home brew store. You can use about a 1/5 ratio of 6-row malted barley to rice in your recipe, using the malted barley to convert the starches in the rice grains to fermentable sugars and use a light ale yeast to ferment. Basically a recipe for making beer with rice as your primary grain. Not pure sake, but similar and you might enjoy the results.

Try majestic at www.majestic.co.uk you could even try oddbins. If this doesn;t work then you could try and independant wine retailer and ask them to order it in for you. you'll probably pay premium though.
