If he pass by your house again go outside and say hi how are you doing to day. and see what he is going to say. ask him waht is his name and start to get to know him.see what is he like do he have girl friend and then ask him out.

Wow, I'm really tired of all these people who say that girls shouldn't ask a guy out... Why the hell not? It doesn't make you seem desperate, this is the 21st century, I mean come on. If asking out someone made you seem desperate, then how do you think that anyone is together? Girls need to stop thinking this because it's just pathetic.
And to answer your question, if you think he likes you too, and you dont mind, then go for it.

There other things u can do than to ask him out.Girl as u will sit down to think on how u gonna compose what to tell him,u just tek that time and think on how u can be a friend to him.Maybe a situation that would bring u two together and start up a discussion.U must neccessary not ask him out.The reverse i think should be the case.Guys i'm very sure,do not atimes value ladies who ask them out.

Wow do you live like in the middle of nowhere? Is he the only person who has passed your house? No sorry just wait. If he does like you he will make a move. Just give him an occasional smile. Nothing more. Or you could make a big fool of yourself and get hurt really badly. I am sure it will all go well for you.

I don't think you should ask him out. Because if he can't be a gentaleman and step up to the plate. Later on, what do you think he's going to do in the future? get his mom to do the work?

u are aloof of his doings.... even though u knw evey of his moves.... be a secret for him.... if he comes back then he likes u..... if no then dont think too much.... he may just be passing by yr house like tht.... dont make fairy tale plans with him.. u will be completely heart broken if the feelins are not reciprocated
