Does anyone happen to know a good Shepard's Pie recipe?

The one I remember having was mashed potatoes mixed with corn, peas, and meat, with melted cheese on top on the mashed potatoes

Vegetarian Sheppard Pie

4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup potato water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces black beans or
1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup water
paprika

Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, and add just enough water to cover. Boil for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
Drain potatoes, reserving liquid. Mash cooked potatoes with hot water, salt, and onion powder.
Add additional liquid if desired. Set aside. Combine beans, corn, and peas in a 9 inch pie pan. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter and water, until smooth. Pour sauce evenly over vegetables. Top with mounds of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes start to brown.
Serve hot or at room temperature.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
3 cups refridgerated mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 375*. In heavy skillet cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown and onion is tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well. Stir in vegetables and soup and cook until hot, about 4 minutes. Place in a 9" pie plate. Spoon mashed potatoes over hot meat mixture. Bake at 375* for 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are a golden brown and pie is bubbling. Serves 6.

Shepherds Pie

Serving Size: 4
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup carrot -- diced
1/2 cup onion -- diced
1 cup corn
2 x cloves garlic -- crushed
1 cup beef stock
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl steak sauce
1/2 cup gravy, dry mix, brown
2 lb potato -- mashed
1 cup water

Method :
Brown ground beef with onions. In a skillet on medium high heat Add garlic, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce and vegetables. Finish cooking.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook potatoes in water with a dash of salt, mash cooked potatoes and set aside.
Pour the dry gravy mix into bowl & mix with 1 cup of cold water. Mix gravy mix back into pan containing beef and vegetables, stirring continuously till thickened.
Pour mix into a baking dish and allow to cool. When cool, spoon mashed potato over mixture, bake in Oven till golden brown approx. 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serving Ideas: Serve with Peas and crusty bread, you can also finish this off by topping with Grated cheddar cheese and sliced tomatoes
NOTES: Heat the pie slowly in the oven at 300degrees until mashed topping browns, you can also add some grated cheddar to the top. Best served with crusty bread
