eat lean , do aerobics workout (biking, woking , dancing, taebo ) it burn lot of fat at least 30 mins e/day
and its not how many, it how you execute it
cathes dvd's has great abs work out
drink lot water, low fat meals, veggies, low carb
record of you food instake and workout , you will see progress..
