Very hard thing to do. If you have a representative from Affirmative Action at work, get her suggestions, but remember that AA is there to protect the business, not you personally.
Human Resources shoud also be able to provide some assistance. Before you start there, though, talk to the supervisor. Often things end right there.
Sounds like you have a workplace bully. Often the ones harassing women are women themselves. There are several, very good websites out there, and you should do some reading to understand how to manage the situation.
Keep notes of everything, and bring the notepad home.
Lock up whatever you can at work, and change the password on your computer
If the situation gets too hard to handle with the comments they make, see if you can bring a CD player and pop headphones on your head. You do not want to be affected by the provocation. Good luck

I went through this exact thing. I worked for several attorneys and the main one that I worked for was a power hungry *****. My job was to be an administrative assistant and she treated me like a maid...wanted me to dust her office and her desk for her ...tried to tell me how to dress and even had a co-worker give me some clothes to wear....which were freakin hideous by the way. She thought she was the fashion police and made fun of everyone. Anyway, I finally went to the head of the personnel dept and complained about it. The key is finding other ppl that she is treating the same way and have them back you up on the complaint. I also applied for two other positions in different departments and ended up getting one of the jobs. So I not only complained on her but also got out of that position just in case she tried to get revenge. The sad truth is...she never got in trouble...when you have friends in high places you can pull strings and treat people like crap and get away with it. It's not fair but that's life. I advise you to look for another position away from her or another place of employment if a formal complaint doesn't work. Also, document the dates and times of each incident of harassment and record or write down everything she says to you. That way when you make your complaint you have some documentation to go on instead of sitting there trying to recall every single time she's harassed you...you can just refer to your notes.----Oh yeah, try to never be left in a room alone with her...make sure you always have a friend or coworker present to witness her harassment. consider wearing a wire

I believe that stalking and harassment on the job is to be considered such in the eye of the beholder. So anything could be harassment if the person it is being done do thinks so.

You need to get a notebook and document dates, times, and whatever happens. Then you can take it to a lawyer who will sue the company for sexual harassment. The Federal definition of sexual harassment also includes behavior that constitutes a hostile work environment. Which it sounds like to me is going on.

If it's been reported, it's no longer your duty to "prove" it. It's up the whoever is in charge of employee relations or the manager to step up their job duties and investigate the matter.
You can also ask some good co-workers of yours to back you on it...just make sure they see it happening also.

You need hard proof and most likely a good lawyer. It is unfortunate that in todays law system police do not take these accusations serouisly.

Video camera, tape recorder. Either way, there should be someone you could talk to. You shouldn't have to deal with this.
