Depends, are you dieting? If so, you'll want to eat a piece of fruit or a vegetable, preferably a celery stick because it has negative calories because you burn calories as you chew it.
If you're not on a diet, don't worry about it, eat whatever you like that you think will suffice until your next meal comes along.

Dear friend
It depends on ypur health situation and surely your appetite. But I really recommand eating fruits and vegetable and dairy based products like ice-cream and yoghurt drinks. Avoid sugary drinks and food with high content of fat e.g potato chips and other deep fat fried products. If you want to be healthy do not forget to have enough phisical exercice; it is a great complement to a healthy diet.
