I'm tall, white skinned, black hair with blondie highlights,mexican, 13 years old,an super curly hair. I NEED YOUR ADVICE PLEASE!

First of all it would be very hard to say if it looks ugly on you b/c none of us know exactly what you look like. Naturally whenever you chose a different color people will stare. But that's just b/c it's different, daring and edgy. Most dont have the nerve to go pink or purple even.
I think that if you want to go pink put it on the blonde. It will not show up good on the black and it may turn out worse.
In salons they lighten the hair before putting another color on so that the color will be bright and have the right effect.
If you do put it on the black it may not take as well and the black will definitely override.

I think it would be cute, especially with the black, the blonde might clash a little, maybe make the blonde highlights pink?... anyway Find someone to do it and make it look good and that would be cute. Go for it.

in case you choose them then do no longer care what others think of and do only it... in case you do no longer like it when you do it they are going to bypass away at last or you may only die them out. stable luck although and continually, continually do what ever the heck you choose and not think of of what others think of reason you in ordinary terms stay as quickly as and in case you do no longer do the flaws you choose and make you chuffed then what kinda existence develop into that. i think of it may look effective. one in all my pals who's in her 20's, married, and has 3 young toddlers positioned purple highlights in her hair and that i think of it appeared somewhat beautiful!

No way! I tried it for Halloween and it looked horrible. I am ten and I am younger than you but still don't do it, especially with curly hair.

I think you shouldn' t get the highligts. If you want to do something different with your hair get a short hair cut or low lights.
