Of course there isn't, if you were on another planet in another galaxy you wouldn't see the same signs would you, its a matter of perspective. However, what astrologers say is usually so vague it could apply to anyone so in a sense yes they are true, but not in the way you mean.

I read the horoscope every day, mostly for fun, but I use it as a kind of "thoought for the day". I am a scorpio and what I have read about scorpios fits me to a T.
