It seems that you're looking forward to having sex with this "hot boy" at your second meeting -- you seem to hoping for a second meeting at all. But hey, sex can also happen on the first meeting if you want to.
Wear something provocative then. A mini-skirt looks fine. But the truth is, whatever you want to wear will matter less to most of men. What really matters is the way you respond to men... your actions, your gestures, the way you converse, and the way you express your feelings. You want to meet the guy again? It will all depend on how you express that desire. Men can easily determine that. Being a chatterbox is mostly less boring to a man -- like you're seeming intelligent, for example.
However, I do not encourage you to have sex that soon; unless if you intend to look cheap or become a one-night stand girl. Good luck.

If he's worth anything, you won't have to try so hard to make him want to come back. Just be yourself. If he's so ready to have sex at age14, he needs to talk to his parents about life! If this guy likes you, he will respect you, and not ask for sex, until you are older.
If you like this guy, then show him how valuable you are, your young, I assume your pretty, show him that your worth more than sex on the second or even 100th date.
