I suggest you get into martial arts. For exmample, it's fun and also makes you lose LOTS of pounds! I lost 8 lbs. last night

Walk every day about 45 minutes and drink ONLY water for this week nothing but that and antioxidant hot green tea to flush out all the toxins from the beer. LOTS of water. And you can drink cold UNsweet tea - put a sugar substitute in it if you need sweet. I have been where you are MANY MANY times. Eat NO fast food. NO fast food at ALL. Eat purple grapes and a banana a day. The exercise, fruits and fluids will slim you down but it depends upon how good you are to yourself about sticking to a regimen.

Impossible. You can't gain 5lbs so quickly, nor can you lose it.

Weight gain and loss takes a lot of time. If you are retaining water, due to dehydration from your binge, drink loads of water and walk gently for an hour at a time. You will restore your body's balance.

Meanwhile, consider incorporating a regular exercise program. It can be as simple as walking every day for half an hour or more. You will notice the difference very quickly!

Start taking water pills a few days before you're going out. Drink a gallon of water a day until then-it will make you not as hungry and when it's time to drop water weight-kazaaam!!!
