1 pkg cream cheese
small jar marinated artichokes (chop 'em up)
handful parmesan cheese
little bit of minced garlic or garlic powder
little bit of crushed red pepper

mix it all together, throw some more parm. cheese on the the top and put it in the oven to heat and make the top bubbly.

you don't need exact measurements, just add what you like till you get a consistancy you like. If you like it a little thinner, you can add sour cream. I make this dip all the time but I also add cooked chopped spinach to mine. Dee-lish!

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 box frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) thawed
1 can artichoke hearts - (14 oz) drained, and
roughly chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan-Romano cheese blend
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 oz prepared Alfredo sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
4 oz softened cream cheese - (1/2 pkg)

Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.

There are lots of artichoke dips on this website. There is the original receipe or more complexed ones. There is one with cheese and that is low in calories.
