I need to drive up to 600 miles every week on the highway. Some one suggest me go to mid-size Accord/Camry for safety, other prefer to compact car Civic/Corolla for the gas price. All of them believe that Honda/Toyota can reach 200K miles easily with right maintenance.
Any comments or suggestions? Appreciate it in advance.

If you're going to be driving that far for that long, I'd say you could probably get the full benefit out of a hybrid, whichever one you ultimately choose; I honestly don't remember which ones have hybrid iterations. To be quite blunt, safety isn't nearly as big of an issue on an open highway as it is on city streets, and the difference in safety ratings between the two cars isn't all that great. The decision ultimately boils down to the difference in sticker price versus how much you value the extra interior space. Personally, I would go with the larger one, if only so that I could comfortably haul large loads of groceries or other miscellaneous goods from Target.

They are all good autos. For comfort, I would go for the larger Accord/Camry. But the Civic/Corolla would be a little cheaper on gas. They will all be cool on maintenance. Get out the calculator and figure out the cost difference based on estimated fuel use per week and decide if the difference is worth it. Also check insurance rates on the models. With the mileagle you're putting on the vehicles, it may make a substantial difference in costs also. Good luck!

You could go with the new Camry hybrid and have the best of both worlds.
