try soaking them overnight in a sink full of water. it dissolves the glue and they just come off!!!

Soak your bottles in warm water for about 20 mins and the labels should just slide off. Air dry them picture down on absorbent paper.

best bet--use a hair dryer to soften up gluue on back of label.
not high speed low speed and be patent.
you can set hairdryer in bowl ect and aim desired bottle and walk around.
this method save label intact but takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
start at top of label and slowly peel downward. when label reaches pont its still stuck stop and let dryer continue heating up/softening glue. just don't force label.

There are several methods depending whether the label is fixed with self adhesive glue -- in which heat is needed to soften the glue, or water soluble glue in which soaking in water works.

Steam them off a little at a time, taking care to keep your hands and fingers out of the way of the steam. I take it you want to use them as decoration for something.
