Dear friend
The process of producing virgin oils are pretty diffrent from ordinary oils. During the oil extraction from oil seed e.g. peanut, olive.soybean. palm, etc, for producing ordinary oil, factories use some chemical solvents or high tempreture pressure that may affect the oil negatively but for production of virgin oils, the only acceptable process for extraction is cold pressing that do not affect the oil too much. Further more most virgin oils do not undergo any other processes like refining and bleaching and deoderizing but ordinary oils pass these processes. So virgin oil are more natural and they are less affected by food industries.

lol - worry... i hope you never make your own baby oil. and would that well known whisky really be made from teachers?
Its from the first cold press of olives... virgin meaning untouched just the same as with people. The more times its pressed, the cheaper it gets because the quality is reduced
afterthought - what was offensive about lol? Thats all i had typed when i got the thumbs down.

Soybean oil, commonly called vegetable oil, would be the worst for your body to consume. this is because it contains high amounts of trans fats and saturated fats with no un-saturated fats.
