Try using hot water to open up the pores (there mgiht be dirt in them), scrubbing with soap with an electric toothbrush, and rinsing it again with cold water.

Try rubbing lotion in it. It will be cured in two weeks. Sometimes, skin can be so dry they turn black.

I never heard of this, good luck! Or they can be some kind of contagious skin germ. If nothing works (the other answers), see the doctor.

regular alcohol, not the rubbing (green)kind. Use a cotton ball to apply it to the dark areas twice daily. If this doesn't work try pure cocoa butter twice daily. If that doesn't work, try comet cleanser. That's right comet. I know that sounds crazy, but it does have bleach in it an if you mix with water and gently scrub the area once daily, you should see some improvement. Hey, we girls have to do whatever works.

Try using olive oil everyday and then scrub it with scrubbing stone. It will go in almost three to four months completely.

Melt one cup of butter and mix it with 1/2 cup of sugar and wash with it. Can be used anywhere. Works great for my husbands nasty mechanic hands. Can be a little expensive, but works and smells good.
