I'm looking to buy a gift for a friend of mine and I was thinking of getting a simple pet picture frame - maybe silver or pewter with minor decorations (maybe a bone or dog paw print) but all I've been able to find are frames that are too "cutesy". Just to add - he's a man in his early 30's and the frame will go in his office - he has pictures of his dog everywhere, but I think a nice frame would be a great gift. Any suggestions on where to shop?

Hallmark or Hobby Lobby. I shop at Hobby Lobby a lot and have seen some very cute ones and I work at Hallmark.

And if you go to www. hobbylobby.com you can print of a 40% off any regular priced item coupon.

I've seen these frames at Wal-mart, the silver ones like you described. I know they carry them at our PX, but unless you are able to shop at a PX you are probably out of luck there. You could also try stores like Hallmark or Coach House, they have stuff like that sometimes. I'm not sure about stores that sell pet supplies, but you could try at Pet-Smart. Or on-line try Amazon, or just type "pet picture frames" into yahoo or google search engines.
