A man and a woman were having dinner in a fine restaurant. Their
waitress, taking another order at a table a few paces away noticed that
the man was slowly sliding down his chair and under the table, with the
woman acting unconcerned. The waitress watched as the man slid all the
way down his chair and out of sight under the table.
Still, the woman dining across from him appeared calm and unruffled,
apparently unaware that her dining companion had disappeared. After the
waitress finished taking the order, she came over to the table and said to
the woman, "Pardon me, ma'am, but I think your husband just slid under the
table."
The woman calmly looked up at her and replied firmly, "Ohh no, My husband
just walked in the door."

Yes, having an affair is denying your partner of your affection. You are "stealing" thier time from you.
Plus, if you get an STD then you have the chance of passing it on to your partner, and they will be the unwilling recipient of the "gift" that keeps on giving....
No, if you having an affair, then your partner has the right to divorce you. Because I wouldnt want to be married to some one who didnt care enough about me, that she had to go someplace else to find the love that I didnt give her, or, she wasnt satisfied with "this life" and needed another one.
Break it off clean if you have an affair either with the one your with, or your married partner.
After all, "you" will be the one to answer to the LORD for your actions.
I wish you well..

What would the guy do that's under the table when her husband sat down with her? Funny story, but affair's hurt everyone involved. It won't seem like that at first, due to the lust factor, but it's bound to happen.....

Although that was a cute story it is never right to have an affair.
Anything that has to be kept a secret will end up hurting someone in the end.

i dont agree with affairs,
sure there are some situations where i guess it can be okay
but if you entered a committed relationship with somebody then you probably shouldnt be with anyone else; its just mean...
if you love somebody or are with somebody you shouldnt be with somebody else as well, and if you really dont like the person and are cheating on them, dump them! it will make things so much easier on everyone

It is a cowardly thing to do. If you are not satisfied just leave him/her and then find someone. I've seen infidelity break people's hearts beyond imagination.

Cute story. Affair, if neither of the people is otherwise committed, good. Otherwise, bad.

I've done it myself in the past. I've seen/ heard all kinds of reasons for it. I believe it is dead wrong in all cases and no one should do it! Whoever does partake in it will bear the (unexpected?), consequences.
