I just hope God does. What makes 'em? Self less acts of kindness and love. Especially deeds that one sees no reward & doesn't boast about it after. As this brings u closer to God as you have kept it between you & Him. :o]

A genuine love of humanity makes one a good person. Doing for others makes one a good person. Selfless acts makes one a good person. I'm not so good although I try every day to be a good person.

Everyone likes to think of themselves as good and honorable. It is because we see ourselves as the most constant example at least in our own minds. Every one has their own standards and circumstances by which they come to the conclusion that they or anyone else is good.
That said yes I consider myself to be a good person. I base my standard on Respect, Truth, and Honor. Whether or not others share my view or my standards is not very important to me. I'm the only one who truly knows how truthful honorable and respectful I have been.

Well, I'm a good person in many ways, and I'm good at many things.....
Judgment of whether or not a person is good or not, must be like beauty and in the eye of the beholder.

Other people say I am but I merely try to be good. A good person is aware of other people and animals and their feelings.

I believe it was Jesus who said: "Why do you call me good? God alone is good." People are not essentially good or evil. They may be in the habit of performing good or evil acts, thinking good or evil thoughts, but there is always choice and opportunity for change. Good thoughts and acts are altruistic. Evil thoughts are selfish. No one can "be" perfectly good or evil. I try to think good thoughts so I will tend to perform good actions.
