I wear a small silver priestess on a long chain, it is a constant reminder of who and what I am.

To be honest with you I never really understood that. I think its okay and nothing wrong with it if you choose that. For me that would be an outside message not a reminder. If i can't remember without wearing something, then i don't think after wearing it for awhile it would remind me. But, then I never understood people that wear a large cross. It reminds me too much of the pharisee trying to symbol they were more holy due to their dress and standing. That's just me and I don't have a problem with anyone doing otherwise. Your motives are pure and thats good enough

I have the Greek symbols Alpha and Omega tattooed on my forearm. I was at first hesitant about having this done because of Leviticus 19:28.
My reasoning was to show others my allegiance to Christ and have it represent an "anti-mark" so to speak. I have had scores of people ask what is represented by the tattoo and this has given me an opening to present the Gospel.

I need no symbols. Though I wouldn't mind a gold pentacle, I probably wouldn't wear it because I don't like jewelry. The only items of jewelry I wear are my wedding and engagement ring and sometimes a watch. Very occasionally earrings (not sure why the holes haven't closed yet).

I wear a Star of David to remind myself of the symbol imposed on Jews during the days the Roman Catholic Church kept Jews locked in Ghettos.

I don't feel the need for symbols, scriptures say to worship God in Spirit and Truth. If a child was killed by a gun ,I wonder if a person would go out and buy a charm of a gun and ,put it on a chain and wear it around their neck. God Bless.

I don't wear a symbol of my faith. I try to imitate the first-century Christians since they were directly taught by Christ. They did not wear anything. And I try to keep in mind the I.D. mentioned by Christ himself at John 13:35: "By this all will know you are my disciples (Christians), if you have love among yourselves."
I know that many people wear crosses and crucifixes (particularly those in the entertainment industry). Most of them make it plain by their behavior and language that for them it is just a piece of jewelry.
So I try very hard to wear the identification Jesus mentioned at John above. It is the hardest to wear. But it is the one that is easiest to recognize. And it is proactive.

i wear a hijab as a modest way to dress, i have not been forced to wear it, i wear it with my own will. For men who view women as objects, my hijab explains to them that i am a human who deserves respect. Many people tell me that there is no point in wearing hijab. To people that feel hijab is not needed ....explain to me why everyone's eyes turn to the girl who walks in with a mini denim skirt? In side they lose respect for her. I certainly do and i know other people laugh at her and other people who do that. And if this is about being equal, becoming naked does not make you equal to men, it degrades you. DOn't guys talk about girls that dress that way, don't guys use girls like that. Have you ever heard of men that say i want to settle down and find a decent lady? My dress code is who i am, and by wearing hijab i earn respect from other people, and my physical appearance is not rated.

Sometimes I wear my American Atheist earrings (A symbol of the atom with an A in the center.) I wear them because there are many people who have never met an atheist, and I think that they (the earrings) can open the door for an exchange of ideas.

JW's positioned on rings. it rather is symbolic of no longer something. At terrific, some might positioned on some thing that has own meaning. different than for that .....zippo! some thing to do with 2 Corinthians 5:7 ".....we are walking by ability of religion, no longer by ability of sight." might I throw in, besides 2 Corinthians 4:18 " . . .we shop our eyes, no longer on the failings seen, yet on the failings unseen."
