Try to find something simple to do and stick to it. Nothing that makes you to tired or you won't keep it up to it. Walking is refreshing especially if you can grab a friend along. Just make sure whatever you choose is something that makes you active and fun at the same time

Sometimes the food you eat can cause laziness. Avoid food that makes you sluggish like fast food, sugary stuff - basically anything unhealthy. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and plenty of water. You will be amazed how effective this can be to combat laziness.

Have fun

I think that often laziness and boredom feed off each other. When I am bored, I get lazy and let things pile up. Consider setting up a schedule of things to do for the day. When you keep yourself occupied, you become less bored and likely less lazy.

find something interesting in your life. associte with people that are always active and on the go, make good grades, and so forth. also, motivate yourself to stop being lazy since it is a menatal thing associated with low self esteem and depression. improve your self esteem by actually doing something vs. just staying there moping or watching TV or sitting on your butt. the more you are challenged every day the less like you are to be lazy!that is prove via science and research

Depends on how you're lazy. Sometimes what people call "laziness" is your body telling you to slow down so it can recuperate. If you're constantly "lazy" though, then excercise, getting out of the house with friends, etc. will help.

Well, you could have a friend help you get out and do stuff.

Also, schedule time with a motivator or talk to a counselor.

You need some motivation, and you will either realize it with help, on your own, or too late.

Amphetamines. Seriously, that's a terrible idea. What you need to do is set a list of objectives for each day (keep it reasonable) and get off your butt and getter dun. Don't become obsessive compulsive about your list, just get off your butt and see what you can accomplish each day.
