You know I wondered when a question like this was going to come up. My husband suffers the exact same thing, even at 32. When he was born, he was actually a dead baby and was quickly resuscitated. His parents were told that he indeed did have a heart defect and had to undergo several hospitalizations over the course of his 1st year of life. He now has a circulation problem mainly in his hands. If he is outside in the cold, his hands will literally freeze. His skin will turn from pink to red to purple to blue to yellow then finally white. At this point he can feel absolutely nothing and has to thaw them out with cold to lukewarm water. The warming process is very painful for him, but must be done for fear of having to have his hands amputated. We have tried EVERY glove imaginable on the market to no avail. My advice to you would be to speak to a doc about a poor circulation problem, have him check your heart, and lastly when your hands start to get cold, get inside and gently get them warm. Don't wait till you cant feel anything, cause by that time it may be too late. Good luck.

It's a circulation problem. You may have a heart defect, or a mild anemia or diabetic problem. You won't know till you see a doctor (everyone's going to say that, but its true)

I think you need to talk to your folks and see a doctor. Sounds like a circulatory problem.
