ahahaha.
As a group the answer is most assuredly, yes.
As individuals the answer is most likely that
some are some aren't. Folk, no matter
of what faith almost always require no proof for the beliefs they hold as sacred. Such beliefs really do not even have to be sensible.

Gullible - Naive and easily deceived or tricked.

Faith - Belief that is not based on proof or fact.
