Long Beach Island Iced Tea. It is a Long Island Iced Tea but made with adding a shot of peach schnappes. It's expensive, and it goes down so smooth with six different liquors it it. You will be lucky to be standing after four of those babies.

Bloody Mary made from v-8 juice with bitters, Worcestershire, horseradish, juice from lemon & lime, celery "powder" coarse black pepper and a splash of tobasco (to taste)
