Long Beach Island Iced Tea. It is a Long Island Iced Tea but made with adding a shot of peach schnappes. It's expensive, and it goes down so smooth with six different liquors it it. You will be lucky to be standing after four of those babies.

An extra-extra dry martine made by my friend Phil whilst on a camping trip - we had to 'think' the vermouth before adding some chilled vodka. We did have an olive though!

Bloody Mary made from v-8 juice with bitters, Worcestershire, horseradish, juice from lemon & lime, celery "powder" coarse black pepper and a splash of tobasco (to taste)
Garnish with stuffed green olive or celery stalk.

Campari, dash of tequila, orange juice, topped up with sparkling water and crushed ice all in a big bowl glass.....very refreshing and tastes heavenly!
