Go to your local piercing shop and get HIGH QUALITY jewelry is my highest suggestion. Most piercers use Surgical Grade stainless steel or titanium. Make sure you do not get low grade jewelry.
Don't change your jewelry out until your piercing is fully healed, or a piercer suggest that you change it due to health risks.
